Order Processing Times

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery: 3 - 21 business days (Dependent on Zone and chosen delivery method)

USA

Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days (Dependent on chosen delivery method)

By Weight - £12.00 - £39.00 (Dependent on chosen delivery method)

Estimated delivery: 5 - 21 business days (Dependent on chosen courier)

Courier - £13.00 - £39.00 (Dependent on chosen delivery method)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Split Shipments

As all items are made to order, some orders may be shipped separately depending on the products ordered. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • High demand periods

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Include your order number and any relevant photos, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
