As the summer starts getting into full swing, it's this time of year that more and more people venture outdoors for their activity. Whether that's running, walking, Yoga in the park or just exercising in the garden, it's when we all start to feel better as we soak up the Vitamin D from the sun's rays (sensibly of course!)
Here are some of the main benefits of exposure to sunlight and the effects of vitamin D on the body:
